This course is designed for the intermediate shooter that is interested in improving their shooting skills and challenging themselves. The class will begin with a brief refresher on firearms safety, functionality, zero, and the fundamentals of carbine marksmanship. Throughout the day, the course will progress to weapons handling, movement drills, engaging multiple targets, shooting positions, and the use of barriers and cover. This course is considered dynamic, physically demanding, and will culminate with a stress shoot at the end of the day.
This course requires a rifle, holster, magazine pouches, eye & ear protection, & a minimum of 500 rounds of ammo, hat, rain gear, and sunscreen. Bring snacks, drinks, and lunch (will break for lunch).
COURSES HELD FROM 9AM - 5PM AT: D-Dey Headquarters, 7834 SW Jack James Dr. Stuart, FL 34997 first for classroom portion and then will follow to a nearby range (location disclosed at classroom).
