This course will cover Basic Firearm Safety, Fundamentals of Pistol Shooting, Concealed Carry and Maintenance. The live-fire portion of this class is designed to make the shooter comfortable and accurate with their chosen platform, shooting between 250-300 rounds. This course is designed for the new shooter with absolutely no firearms experience to the shooter with limited firearms training looking to build safe fundamentals. This, coupled with development of first-hand proven shooting skills, makes the class a must have for every gun owner. The course also satisfies training requirement to obtain Florida's Conceal Carry License.
This course requires a pistol, 3 magazines, a holster, a minimum of 300 rounds of ammunition, eye and ear protection, comfortable clothing (which includes range appropriate clothing, closed toed shoes, and a sturdy belt to hook your holster onto), sunscreen, bug spray and water. This class happens rain or shine, so bring a raincoat in case, if you'd like. Bring snacks, lunch (also available for purchase), and drinks.
Equipment for the day: Includes a firearm, holster, magazines, magazine pouches, eye and ear protection, for use through your day of training.
Ammo for training day: 350 rounds included and will be brought to you at the range on training date.
